Central Westchester Audubon (CWAS) offers a wide range of educational services to its members and communities in Westchester County, New York. While CWAS does not have a museum at this time, their monthly meetings are open to the public, and they include educational programs such as slide shows about birds, geology, astronomy, and other nature subjects. Live animals, such as raptors, wolves, snakes and spiders may be seen in other programs. CWAS also offers a schedule of exciting Field Trips for those interested in birds, wildlife, and the environment. Call for a calendar. For more information, call or e-mail CWAS, visit their official website or, better yet, drop in on a meeting at the Church Street School in White Plains and see all the great things Audubon is doing in Westchester.
