The goal of the Hopewell Museum is to preserve and display what is most typical and interesting of village life in America from early Colonial days to the present. In 1922, Hopewell resident Sarah D. Stout donated an important collection of antiques which became the nucleus of a continuously growing inventory of artifacts, furniture, crafts, and other items. One of the newest exhibits is the superb Glass Collection, donated by Robert Hunt.Visitors can also enjoy a variety of changing exhibits throughout the year. Groups are welcome as well as individuals, and School Groups in particular are encouraged to visit the Museum for a unique learning experience.
